Introduction
Zhongding DZL series biomass boiler is single drum vertical chain grate steam boiler with three-pass water and fire tube, the fuel is biomass pellet. Water cooled tubes are arranged at the both sides, the front and back walls. The front wall water cooled tubes form the front arch. The drum is cross connect with the right and left anti-coking header by water cooled tubes, thus forming the lower arch and the upper two convection cooled flue. Single-return threaded pipe is arranged in drum, cast iron economizer is arranged in the tail of the boiler. Biomass pellet fuel from bucket fell onto the grate, and enter into the furnace for combustion, flue gas enter into the tail of boiler through the upper of back arch (first return), next, enter into the front of the boiler through convection flue (second return), and then enter into the back smoke chamber through the threaded pipe bank (third return), finally enter into the economizer and dust remover, and discharged into the atmosphere by induced draft fan through chimney. Based on the boiler design, it is better to use the biomass fuel with less biomass particles, the size with less than 3mm should not exceed 30%, the largest particles should not exceed 30mm.
